“Perfectly comfortable stay in the heart of bracciano”
Good central location, excellent communication from Nikki. Amenities all good, everything you needed was there. The beds were lovely and comfortable and there was a lovely welcome basket with treats upon our arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend. Bravo!

The house was so clean. She had children toys left out. The cot was lovely and the bedding was so comfortable for my child. Everything was really fresh and clean. Really good location. She answered all my questions and gave me so many recommendations. She even organised a taxi for us. Couldn't recommend it more

“Great flat, great host - recommended”
La Casa di Niky is a very good base fo a stay in Bracciano. Niky herself was incredibly helpful and friendly (thank you!) and her property is very nicely decorated and furnished, with all the facilities you need to really enyoy your time in Bracciano. It is in a good location for Bracciano centre, for the rail and bus stations and also for the lake, which is a pleasant 20-25 minute walk. I recommend La Casa di Niky and if we return to Bracciano, which we hope to do, then I would book La Casa di Niky again.
