Downstairs, you will find a spacious bedroom with patio. Rome is a 40-minute drive from the property, which is 5 minutes by car from the town centre of Bracciano. Train Station is a 45 minute walk away. You are advise to bring your own vehicle as the proprety is not serviced by public transport.

everything was fine. The apartment was spacious, clean. We had 2 terraces and a large dressing room. The apartment is in a quiet area, a 30 minute walk to the center.Communication was smooth, hassle free. I recommend this apartment. The town of Braccinello is a truly charming place.

The apartment had everything we needed for sekf catering. It was in a very quiet location and inky a 10 minute walk from the small supermarket and two pizzerias. You are a 45-minute walk from the centre of Bracciano, and the lake is a further 20 minutes and its extremely hilly! it is highly recommended that you hire a car to get around. There is a taxi, which costs between 5 and 8 euros to take you from the train station to the apartment. The driver speaks good English

“Nice place in Bracciano”
Very modern, nice and clean 2 level apartment in a cozy condominium. There were lots of parking places and very nice and helpful host. Not far from apartment is Bracciano town - really worth seeing it. Easy connection to Rome via train from railway station. Place is very quiet! My recommendations!
