Nice little guest house. Staff very accommodating to my late arrival due to transport delays. Room clean and simple, shower had ample hot water. Being autumn the AC wasn't needed, nor did I have time to use the small private terrace, but both are valuable extras. Complementary (DIY) tea/coffee and breakfast snacks in reception were appreciated. As were the nearby cafe and restaurant.

The host is very friendly and helpful. She tried her best to make you feel at home. The place is in a green neighbourhood and there is a shopping plaza and supermarket nearby.

Nice and clean. I planned to walk arriving, but got picked up instead. That was very kind. It was to far to drag a heavy suitcase all the way. I appreciated that a lot. The house was a further away from the center then i expected. Took me around 25 walk to the city center. The area feels like a bit like a suburb. All in all it was ok.

“A quiet and comfortable place to stay.”
A pleasant and restful place, especially when the whole apartment is booked by one family or a group of friends, as it is a ground floor flat turned into 4 or 5 rooms with en suite bathrooms. There is a common space with a kitchenette, majority of rooms have an outdoor space. There is a welcoming bakery/cafe practically next door. The building is in a green residential area about 25 minutes on foot from the station and 40-50 minutes from the lake.

“Very pleasant stay for a week in Bracciano.”
great location, close to Rome. The property is brand new, clean, very nice outdoor space. Room is very clean. Lot of parking available next to the property. Friendly staff, very responsive for any requests. You have a small kitchen were you can have coffee and some snacks in the morning, complementary from the house. Is a very nice touch!

“Lovely people, good value for money.”
Our flight was very delayed so that we were only able to arrive at 1:30 in the morning. The staff were kind enough to wait or wake up again and let us in, even with a smile and a warm welcome. The room was basic but fine. A simple breakfast was even included. Perfect for an overnight stay to break our journey.

“Great staff, shame the room wasn’t finished”
The Sri Lankan young man who welcomed us was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The apartments are in a quiet neighbourhood, a short drive from Bracciano. There is good air con and free parking.
