The location is close to the center and the station. I can reach the lake by walking through stairs in 20 minutes. It's very easy to organize a morning walk around the lake. The breakfast is super. The staff is very kind and professional to deal with unexpected situations.

Great position in centre of this smaller town, with huge medieval fort behind the street. Great town with friendly locals, parking was very close and free. Staff at this hotel are lovely

That is a very nice, simple hotel with perfect location and for reasonable price. Very friendly personel, good breakfast although some variety of bread would be nice. Wonderful cakes and good coffee.

We checked in almost 7pm as our plan to camp fell through, was worried about how to check in or to get check in instructions but lady was at the door the second we arrived on our bicycles. So helpful, after securing our bicycles inside the rear of hotel, she helped us carry luggage to our room!! Cold beers and Prosecco for sale at reception - sight for sore eyes! Rooms are large, quite basic, needs another light in bathroom. Shame didn’t have a kettle but I asked for hot water a couple of times and it was no problem. Location is right in the centre of the little village, near to restaurants and the castle. Breakfast was ok,, basic but enough options to satisfy.

Location is great, super central in bracciano and close to the castle. Staff is very nice and helpful, they go above and beyond to try make your stay comfortable. But the hotel needs some better renovation. The double bed was 2 single beds put together and it was not comfortable. The furnitures are a bit old and the bathroom also feels old. Also the smell in the rooms was not the best, typical smell of a place that is a bit old. Considering the price, I think the rooms need to be improved, especially the beds. Not the best value for money. However, it was very well clean, definitely a 10 in cleanliness. Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options.

Good service, perfect location.

Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. We arrived early in the morning and the staff kindly offered to leave our luggage at the reception, but put the food in the fridge. We were free to relax by the lake. When we returned, our bags were already in our room. A huge thank you to them for that! The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the center. Next to the castle, shops, train station. Breakfast was also very tasty! Especially the "grandmother's cake" :)
