Overview
Agrihouse is immersed in the peaceful hills just 10 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea and 15 minutes' drive from Lake Bracciano. It offers a vast garden, home to farm animals such as horses, goats and donkeys. Boasting antique furnishings and tiled floors, rooms at the Agrihouse come with country-style décor. Most include an en suite bathroom. A breakfast consisting of biscuits, bread, jams and, on request, savory products is served every morning. Also in the restaurants and trattoria around the Agrihouse you can enjoy the genuine local homemade specialties of our territory. Bracciano's historical centre with its famous castle is a 15-minute drive away. Rome is less than a 1-hour drive from the property.

The best about this place is the location. A little remote, be the scenery is incredible. Lots of friendly animals and the owner is just to die for! Don't expect a big fancy hotel, cause it's not; but that's exactly what makes this place so nice. It's authentic, peaceful and in the middle of nature.

“I am sick”
This place has a women as a host which is very nice, she doesn't speak English so that was challenging to say the least, the sink was leaking, the heating system wasn't enough or independently accessible so i got sick from taking a shower in a cold room, the sink leaked and cold water was on the floor and the carpet the lady Maringa gave me wasn't enough, she was nice but i didn't feel comfortable enough to insist on that issue, i almost slipped in the shower and hit on my back from the wall while i was avoiding a fall on my head, because the water temperature was constantly going from hot to cold, i am very sick now with fever and cough, I don't feel that this place is suitable to host guests untill it arranges an independent system for heating/cooling the room, a Safe shower and fix the leak in the bathroom, i found this place controversial because I'm good with people but i was hurt by my stay in this place. The house has 3 adorable dogs and a bunch of cats, they were my only bliss to be honest, i find Marina to be nice but extreme improvement is needed, though booking ignores my requests so if you are reading this, reconsider

It's been a wonderful stay. The hosts are very friendly and generous. I can recommend the breakfast and taking time. There are many beautiful towns and natural sites to visit in the area

A perfect 3 day getaway for our family. We had been traveling for 8 weeks and needed some space and peace. Incredibly kind staff who let the kids help with feeding the animals each morning. At the time of writing they had 3 donkeys, some sheep, lots of cows, a horse, 2 dogs, chickens, ducks, geese rabbits and lots of cats. Breakfast was delicious - home-cooked goodies and great coffee. Also so close to Bracciano and the lake as well as the Etruscan Necropolis in Banditaccia (a mind-blowing UNESCO world heritage site).

“A paradise one hour north of Rome”
It is idyllic, perfect for kids, the owner Marina is adorable and very helpful. There is some lovely animals that you can help feed and the landscape is spectacular.
