The apartment is great, it has all the equipment needed for a vacation and much more - all the accessories and appliances that I would be happy to have at home... and everything is so clean and tidy. In addition, Laura is very generous, and there was a stock of coffee, milk, cold drinks, cookies and much more. Really things I would not have expected to receive. Truly exemplary hospitality. Thanks Laura!!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, comprising everything you need with a range of breakfast options also included. Laura was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Laura was very helpful. The apartment is big and has everything you could need. A lot of breakfast items in the kitchen was a nice touch and very handy so we didn't have to go out for breakfast. Bracciano is a nice town to spend one or two nights.

Laura was fantastic, waiting for us to arrive late at night after a delayed flight. Her place was easy to park, clean and perfect for us.

Amazing apartment, neat, clean and very comfortable. We arrived early and asked Laura if she could store our bags. Instead she gave us the keys and let us check in- with no problem!! Bracciano is absolutely stunning- felt like stepping into a scene on a postcard!

Great size, spotless, comfortable bed, very quiet, balcony, free parking and everything you’d need in a kitchen - we sadly only had 1 night but would be great if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Wonderful and flexible host.

What an amazing hostess Laura is! She could have done any more to ensure a more than pleasant stay at her lovely apartment. Location is excellent to explore the beautiful lakeside historical town with beautiful restaurants and cafes.

Lovely breakfast of eggs

Everything was perfect, Laura was amazing and very helpful. I had to move with my family from a previous booking in the town that was very bad and the response from Laura was very quick .The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the equipment you need for cooking and cleaning. A big plus was the private balcony and the welcome gift from her family's farm, fresh eggs and ricotta cheese. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Very clean, well equipped apartment with attention to small details. The kitchen had everything we needed for the 4 days we spent there - including different brands of cereals, biscuits, milk, juice, yoghurt, tea bags and coffee pods. There was even a waffle maker and sandwich toaster! The hostess kept in touch by whatsapp and was waiting with the keys to the apartment when we arrived. The location is good. It's within walking distance of the old part of the town and has many restaurants and grocery shops nearby. There is free parking next to the apartment

Laura was so lovely and welcoming. The partment was very clean and food was provided for breakfast. Included a parking spot and a verandah with a beautiful view of the town and was close to everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again.
