“Phenomenal”
It was truly one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. My family, friends, and I absolutely loved it. The location was fantastic, the scenery was breathtaking, and the house itself was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. It really felt like a home away from home - we honestly didn’t want to leave. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Definitely a 10/10 experience, and we will absolutely be coming back!

If you want a quiet, peaceful location with stunning lake views then look no further than this beautiful house. The house is very comfortable, with 4 large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room. The owner Padraig is very friendly and provided lots of great advice on the surrounding area.

Absolutely stunning house! Inside and out! The views are breathtaking. Even the rain didn’t ruin our experience. So lucky to have found it last min. Padraig was very accommodating and helpful. Location is perfect for a quiet family getaway, we fit in forest walks down to the lake (loads of splashing in puddles), a bbq, a Lough Key adventure and a couple of gorgeous breakfasts and dinners in the house. Modern, spacey, very comfy and homely. Everything so thought through, we needed for nothing

We had a wonderful 3 night stay before Christmas. The house was amazing and everything for perfect. Padraig was a great host and allowed us to check in early as well. The location was perfect overlooking the lake. It was the perfect base for us while visiting family.

Lovely space, bath and showers were great, comfy beds, fantastic view, lovely walk down to the lake from the house. Kids loved the deer, cat and foxes visiting in the garden each day!

“Few days away”
The location was great so near so many towns. The house was so spacious and clean. The owner was so friendly and gave us plenty of information about the area. Also great there were plenty of towels there and also the extra touches were great e.g. teabags, cleaning stuff etc.Also people with me loved the owners cat who came for a visit to the house and stayed and made himself at home 🤣🤣 Also there three bbq there and big table and chairs there and you could have your food outside or watch the beautiful view there is there if you had the weather.

We had a wonderful stay at Padraig's holiday home! The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. What made the experience truly special was Mr.Padraig's(host) kindness, prompt and support. He even allowed us access to the nearby lake through his beautiful farm, which made our stay feel even more connected to nature. We were frequently visited by Paddy the cat(My kids enjoyed so much playing with him), and we even spotted deer and a fox during our stay. It truly felt like living in harmony with nature. We left feeling refreshed and grateful—an unforgettable vacation in a peaceful and scenic setting. Highly recommended!
