Robin's apartment is immaculate, so very well kept. The location is perfect with a tram station just across the street. The check-in process was perfect with very easy to understand instructions.

“Not recommended - better choose a properly managed serviced apartment”
The apartment facilities is pretty new cuz the building was newly built a few years ago. Location is quite convenient - close to public transport and shops. One important thing to note is that car parking at check-in is a tad inconvenient - you have to park somewhere else close to get the keycard before you can open the car park gate. All streets nearby are generally busy and hard to find parking. Same situation happens at the check-out.
