If you're a smoker, you're welcomed. Refreshing really when being treated like a human being although I smoke cigarettes.

The building was very easy to access even out of office hours with the available lock box. The older gentleman working at the hotel was so lovely and welcoming, and very helpful with the instructions of accessing our room after hours. The room had all the necessary facilities and appliances.

Was well located for what we needed, close enough to the city to site see and our basketball event in Glen Waverley. Beds were comfortable

The first apartment we stayed in was very compact. It had the smallest "lounge / eating" area I have ever seen - width of a small low 2 seater couch which we kept sliding off no space for a side table and set off in a tiny alcove a table big enough to fit 2 dinner plates. Eating utensils consisted of 2 forks 2 knives 2 spoons and 1 teaspoon. The bathroom had a washer and dryer and was very tight. After a couple of days the electronic lock on the door died so we had to move into another apartment. This apartment layout was almost identical to the first apartment with a couple of differences. Apt 1- washer and dryer 1 tv. Apt 2 - 2 tvs no washer and dryer The second apartment "lounge / eating" area was a little wider, however the couch did not face the tv so you had to sit sideways. We kept sliding of this one too. We ended up sitting on the bed to watch the tv in the bedroom. The bathroom was slightly bigger and 4 towels not 2 more than in the first apartment In each apartment there is a bench in an alcove in the bedroom which we presumed was a desk. No power point. The bench kitchen consisted of a 2 burner cooktop a combination microwave, air fryer. convection oven and a small under bench bar fridge. Apt 2 had a drawer full of eating utensils Parking is $10 per night We will not stay there again.

The convenience to all public transport especially the tram network. We went into the city on a number of occasions and it was a breeze. Close to a great variety of really good restaurants and Don't Albert Village coffee shops. Loved it.
