It was really bad experience. The place was dirty and was not cleaned properly. We found used syringe on the floor and there was broken glass and my daughter foot got injured. The drawers of kitchen was very dirty and I took some pictures. The check in processs was very difficult, I had to walk to a supermarket to get the keys which was a way from the apartment with the bags and my daughter while I was pregnant. It was 3 oclock and they did not send the pin code to get keys and I had to call multiple times . I sent multiple emails asking for tax invoice , called multiple times and they never sent it. We ended up leaving one nigt early as place was bad.

Very clean and comfortable two bedroom apartment. It was perfect for our overnight stay in Melbourne. Ideal convenient location, close to the heart of the city.
