I didn’t like the mould in the shower I didn’t like all the marks in the wall I didn’t like the disgusting aircon I didn’t like that it wasn’t communicated that I had to pick a key up else where

The location is great. Not in the city so that you can enjoy the suburban view. Plus it is convenient to get to outside the city like Puffing Billy. My family has enjoyed the facilities like the stove, and I enjoyed the swimming pool. Eating out is good if you like Asian food. I like it having a high speed hair dryer, something unexpected and it's my biggest plus point.

No instructions on Parking prior to arrival. The instruction to leave the key in the room on departure then made it difficult to get back to the basement to leave the car park. Luckily the garage door was open or we would have been trapped. Alarm on freezer kept beeping and we couldn't turn it off properly. Beds had no sheets. Top doona was barley large enough to cover mattress. Absolutely useless once a person wad underneath.

“Great location in Box Hill, roomy well appointed apartment”
Very good location, loads of nearby restaurants, a 24 hour convenience store 700m down the road, super safe area, private and secure. Child loved the pool, adult loved that it was heated, other adult loved that it was rooftop. Hosts were very good with their information, letting me know everything, and they handled the after hours check in really well

It’s alright. We just have to pick up from a diffrent address which is nearby, but hard to find a parking.

“Good value”
Good location, very central to Box Hill. Modern style apartment. They provided what we need for a night stay. The manager let us to park the car in the basement to load up the stuff for free. Clear instruction for check-in. Very easy to communicate.
