“Great Value”

Comfortable for what I needed it for. The shower pressure was fabulous. Kitchen was reasonably stocked, dont think i have seen that anywhere.

Suited our accommodation needs to a tee, good value, we stayed a week.  Direct access from apartment to secure allocated car space in garage. Comfortable bed in spacious studio for two. Small bar size fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster. We chose not to cook but there was a microwave and hot plate there too. Aldi a 1 minute walk. Washing machine and dryer included in kitchenette. Comfy lounge chairs or watch tv from bed. Double glazed windows blocked most traffic noise and quiet complex.

There is no acoustic partition wall can hear the neighbours talking through out the night

You get everything within this studio. I like the owner offer washing machine & dryer. It was really helpful because I encountered raining during my trip.

Good to have car park at the door. Washing machine and dryer, clothes horse was great. Kitchen had everything I needed. Courtyard was lovely to sit out and have a cuppa. Only 7 minutes away by car to my family so very convenient.

The apartment was affordable and spacious. I appreciated the off-street parking, firm pillows, mirror and hanging wardrobe. The host was attentive and communicative.

Property complex numbering system was ambiguous, not clearly marked and went around the block 4 times as no parking on the busy street Finally Bookings rang the owner as we did not receive any message by phone nor email of details The owners lived 2 doors down and were exceptionally nice and informative of locality to shops,station and restaurants

It was a very pleasant stay. I slept very well, being on a busy road did not disturb me. A good amount of eatery items and a flat hot plate and microwave. The water was nice and hot and a washing machine, dryer and airing rack neatly hidden for use. Buses are available but the walk to Box Hill central and train station is an easy stroll. A delightful cafe across the road and dumplings and asian cuisine available just out the front door. An Aldi around the corner for convenience. Sandra was excellent in her communications and responses, thank you.
