Very "Olde worlde" solid old wooden furniture which matched the vibe of the cottage. On fantastic grounds, lots of nooks & crannies to explore in the garden. So relaxing.

Provided for breakfast as part of the price in our stay from Friday - Sunday was 6 eggs, cereal, milk butter and some juice, tea coffee and biscuits. Lovely touch for our small family of 3 in the mornings. We really loved our stay. It was very cosy and the fire was amazing and kept us toasty as we had a small power cut due to an incident in Mittagong where 2 people unfortunately lost their lives by hitting a power pole. We did not know this until the next day, but Margaret gave us late check out and use of the firewood as we had no power Friday night. She was very accommodating, and my wife was in her element looking around the 6 acres of garden. We had picnics in the lawn taking in the serenity. Close to the town of Bowral and overall, the cottage was just perfect. We will be booking for next year 100%

We loved the setting , however our cottage felt disconnected from the main cottage that had all the features. Fantastic dramatic entry at main gate , but from then on in it was all ver disappointing

The cottage was warm and cosy and cute - felt just like staying in someone's home. The heating was on when we arrived, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved sitting in the bay window to have our coffees in the morning, and sitting around the fire in the evenings.
