We were only staying for one night and when we checked in found our room was a wheelchair accessible room overlooking the car park. I asked reception if they had any other rooms available and they did but told me in addition to the difference in room price, I’d also have to pay an “upgrade fee”. None of this made any sense and they weren’t able to justify this unusual charge clearly. Maybe they were penalising me for being a Booking.com customer instead of going direct, but it was strange.

“Family friendly hotel without any compromise on style and service”
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is super friendly, and hotel facilities include a heated pool, gym, and a large area of land to wander around and explore. The views from the restaurant are simply breathtaking, if you want to enjoy Autumn colours of the Southern Highlands. We will definitely come next year.
