This mountain inn is quietly located in Bøverdalen valley, right next to Jotunheimen National Park. It offers an in-house restaurant and rooms with mountain views. Free WiFi is available in public areas. All the basic guest rooms at Jotunheimen Fjellstue have a private bathroom with shower or bathtub. The inn has a communal lounge with a fireplace. “Beautiful place and great diner”
Ideal for summer skiing and hiking in beautiful Jotunheimen. Great place with excellent food (enthusiastic, skillful cook). The site is obviously undergoing further improvements: New terrace outside and charge poles for EV's. Good breakfast.

“Comfortable - but nothing special”
The best thing about this hotel was its’ location and the stunning views on all sides. The hotel does have multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas but aside from a good range of beer, there was not much on offer in the bar or any kind of bar snacks or food available aside from the evening meal sitting at 8pm. A bar snack with my beer would have been nice or perhaps a meat and cheese selection. The room had an excellent view of the mountains, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure but a couple of decent chairs with a small table in the room would have been welcome rather than the single wooden folding chair provided. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special, especially given the touted food credentials of the hotel and the price point. Pastries were personally passed around in a basket which given the buffet style of the meal, looked like trying to restrict the number taken rather than personal service. The hotel seemed overpriced to us compared to other places we have stayed over the last few months.

A beautiful location with splendid views. Staff ( 1 person, plus cook ??) was extremely informative and helpful. The beef we had at dinner was superb and tasted even better with the suggested Italian wine. The surrounding area was probably the favorite of our two Norway week trip,especially with the perfect weather we had. Splendid/Tusen takk- Jotunheimen Fellstue
