Located in the centre of Bourgoin-Jallieu, just 200 metres from the train station, Ibis Budget Bourgoin Jallieu Centre offers rooms with private bathrooms, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. We arrived at 3 a.m and our hotel wasn’t on the map. So we had to drive around and search for the hotel ourselves because the adress on the Booking was wrong. Room was dirty, and we booked a double bad and received a two single beds

You ll find everything as in the photos, the hotel is clean and has all you need for your stay. I think its an excellent price- value ratio, plus the beds are comfortable. The staff is also very nice and does all in their power to help.

The keycard for the room didn't work. There is no one in the hotel from 22h onward. The contact numbers on both the keycard and online for the hotel were off or nobody picked up. We were forced to spend the night at a different hotel with all our luggage locked in this inaccessible bedroom. The staff were rude and dismissed this issue. The manager has yet to refund our money. Do not recommend. Avoid.

On my arrival the hotel was closed and I was unable to check in despite the fact I had informed them about my estimated timer for I will. The hotel is located is in very rundown and dangerous part of town I would not recommend this place. I am still fighting with booking.com to get my money back and no one seemed to be interested.
