“An amazingly quaint, quiet and comfortable stay in a beautiful location.”
The location was superb, literally 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. The house and room were beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The host was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious and beautifully served. If you like artistic surroundings you'd love it. The parking was free and convenient. (free street parking very near by, extremely quiet street). We had a great time and would be happy to stay again.

“Charming, eccentric hotel but homely experience - much more interesting than standard hotel”
Delightful, charming period property with very friendly staff - like visiting a friend's home more than a boring hotel. Very quiet, close enough to centre to walk to restaurants, easy free parking. Highly recommended for the traveller looking for something out of the ordinary.

A nice family feel in the owner’s home. He is currently renovating the property and it’s a work in progress. The room was comfortable with a new en-suite. Very good location for exploring the city.

“A great host helped to make a memorable stay”
Anthony was extremely helpful in helping me to make the most of my brief stay in Bourges. He showed me how to see the main attractions and was very helpful in allowing me to leave my luggage for collection just before my onward train departed. The location is excellent for the centre of Bourges and a plentiful supply of restaurants.

We had a lovely stay at le cedre bleu. It was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. Anthony was a delightful and informative host and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast there. We could easily walk to town or to gardens from this spot.

“Stay in Bourges”
So friendly + helpful. Eclectic art taste re breakfast décor but have been to Figueres recently so am 'in tune'. V helpful with pkaces to eat n visit, gave out a handt map of the town
