Very quiet, despite being on a busy road and had secure parking, although this was extra. Convenient and a lovely pool and bar. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable and a great breakfast.

The room faced a busy road, the lady was very pleasant. Breakfast was good served by her mother on the other side of the house which was much better and looked like the photograph, but we did not see this part until breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious. Owner very friendly and attentive. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of facilities available at extra cost. Parking was useful and reasonably priced.
