A great place to stay and very close to the centre of the town. The rooms were comfortable and attractively decorated. The breakfast was delicious, nicely presented and more than ample for us. Would stay again if visiting Bourges.

“Charming!”
Exactly what we needed as a stopover on a drive from Spain back to the UK. The room exceeded our expectations, was lovely and comfortable and so charming! Breakfast in the bedroom in the morning was delicious and a novelty. Really lovely host.

“The best place we have stayed in all of our many visits to France.”
On arrival, we received a very warm welcome from Emmanuelle, and were shown to our room. Wow! It was huge, and elegantly furnished, including a fully laid table. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay….cafetiere and coffee, several different teas, a large fridge, microwave, hob, pans a variety of different sized glasses, etc. A delicious breakfast was delivered to our door at the time we requested - it included muesli, fruit, yoghurt, a basket of breads and croissants, cheeses, home made conserves, freshly squeezed fruit juice. It was a splendid start to the day! We were sad when our short two night stay ended. To next time!!!

“Best of the best”
This place has got to one of the very best places we have ever stayed, we are a couple aged 65 plus, the presentation of the accommodation and the attention to detail where of the very highest order, having breakfast brought to your room at an agreed time made it even more special.
