The location was great, close to the mountains but also the town, and right across from a nice part of the creek where it’s lovely to take a dip or have a little picnic especially when it’s hot outside. There’s also a portable sauna that runs most days I think. The staff was also nice enough to get us some fresh lower pillows as we found them way too high the first night. Thank you so much!

“Lovely cabin motel at the edge of Boulder”

Peaceful and with great access to hikes on the edge of town. Good sized cabin.

I loved the quaintness of the cabin rooms, they are accented with red accessories throughout, which match the red doors, right down to a retro looking red phone. The bed was comfy and cozy and the bathroom surprisingly larger than expected.

Old hostel like motell. Good price for Boulder. Rooms ok. AC not working in the bedrooms. Simple breakfast. But everything else ok.

This is a unique historical property close to walking and biking path along the river. They serve a nice continental breakfast in the morning which you can take to your room on a tray if you like. It’s also close to numerous hiking trails

We only stayed one night, but wish we had more time! The rooms were clean and charming, with a little seating area right outside — a lovely touch. The motel is set in nature, away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a few minutes’ drive from the center of town. Peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended!

“Great cabin with mountain views”

We loved the cosy cabins and the chairs outside. Breakfast was good with cereal, fruit, breads etc. Loved the location close to Boulder Creek and a shortish walk into Boulder

The motel is in an amazing location at the edge of town and right up against the mountains. There’s an easy walk or cycle to downtown, a beautiful creek with swimming just over the road and 2 great short hikes start from nearby. While we were there, there was also a mobile sauna and cold plunge pools in the field behind the motel that were free for motel guests to use. For an English family this felt like a really authentic old-style American experience. We also appreciated the friendly staff, continental breakfast and hot drinks in the office.

It's a great location and has a lot of charm from the outside. But inside the cabins are poorly maintained. The breakfast was poor, but I guess typical for motels. The staff were lovely.
