The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! The hotel is very conveniently located. It was only a 15 minute walk to CU Boulder, and a 7 minute walk to Pearl street. Everything is very close by.

“Spot on location for Boulder town centre.”
Location for downtown Boulder was perfect. It had a public park at the back and was next door to the weekly Farmer's market. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable and everything worked well. Heater worked well. Good location, easy to get downtown. There is a homeless problem in Boulder at the creek nearby but they don’t come near the property, and I felt staying here as a solo female traveler.

Clean tidy property in a great location within walking distance of both downtown and the university area. Very helpful staff on reception who stored our luggage when we arrived early in the day. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the bed comfortable.
