“Beautiful, stylish and comfortable country retreat”
Beautiful old small manor house set in lovely countryside. The room was large with a well appointed bathroom en suite. We had dinner there and it was excellent. The swimming pool was an added bonus on a hot day and the pool house offered a fridge and simple cooking facilities for anyone who wants to self cater.

“Well worth the wait to visit this property”
The property is in a very rural location, so quiet. There is a lovely swimming pool and lots of outdoor seating both outdoors and in the pool house and near to it. We only stayed one night but wish we’d been able to stay at least another night. It is close to lots of places worth a visit within an hours drive but you could easily walk from base or ride one of the bikes available and cycle down the lanes.

“Absolutely divine place to stay!”
Le Petit Chateau is an idyllic haven. Set some way “far from the madding crowd”, yet quite accessible, it is a beautiful C15th ‘petit chateau’ that has an enchanting garden and is tastefully furnished and decorated. The hostess, Anastasia, could not be more welcoming and provides a lovely evening meal (by arrangement) and breakfast. There is also a well maintained swimming pool. This is a very special place in which to stay.

“Most relaxing and look forward to returning”
This is a beautiful property with a lovely host and in a lovely area to explore. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the 5 nights we were there. The breakfast was typically French and lovely start to the day. Delicious coffee!
