“Good hotel, very good location”

The hotel is opposite a major hospital, there are ambulance sirens during the day but I didn't hear any in the evening or during the night, it did not disturb us at all. the room is good, we had a twin room which had 2 double bed it was nice. good shower pressure and hot water. The shower is not a hand held. The location is great, we could walk to every major tourist sites within 15mn. the Hotel is close to 2 tube stations. the hotel has a storage facility for the luggage in case you have a late flight. you can also pay extra for a late or very late check out. The hotel is also very close to the airport, it took 16mn by Uber at 4:30pm. There is a pub and other coffee shops and restaurant close by.

Good location, functional room, friendly staff. Our room was ready when we arrived and we were able to check in a 14.30 which was really appreciated. Very friendly concierge service staff that hold our luggage on our late departure.

“OK, but not in the category relaxing.”

Location was very very good, right next to MGH and about 100m from the Red Line and about 400m from the Blue Line (the one to the Airport). The room was nice and the equipment such as TV, lights, coffee machine were all clean and worked well. There was also a fridge and a practical and large enough in-room safe.

Not much to like - very tired place, also loads of randoms walking through. The place is attached to a sleep clinic, part of the hospital, so you have people in and out at all times. Room are very tired, curtains and chairs were smelly and dirty. Carpet and bathroom tatty. Definitely Past its use by date.

It's a nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The rooms are spacious and well-kept. The location is great, right next to Beacon Hill and just a short walk to downtown. The price was cheaper than some other similar options.

The cleanliness of the room. The comfort of the pillows & beds. The friendliness of the hotel staff. After reading recent reviews I hesitated to book the hotel. I am very pleased I ignored the negative reviews. I have stayed in 5 star hotels with less attention to detail.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Other than the construction taking place nearby, the hotel has a good location with easy access to two subway train lines. The late check-out time (12:00 noon) and the baggage storage after check-out were very helpful too.
