The location is by far the best. The personnel is very polite and helpful. The gym is good and they offer isotonic drinks, fruits and water. There is free coffee and snacks in the morning time in the lobby. All in all a great place.

“Awesome stay, superb location, facilities and staff!”
Location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel facilities were outstanding, the gym was above expectations, Having water at your disposal any time is a very good bonus point. And the Contessa restaurant for lunch or dinner, is very cool! Rooms are big and comfortable and the brand used for soap, lotion and shampoo is amazing.

“Fabulous location, but I would not return due to lacking 5 star service”
There was an issue with our first room and they were gracious enough to find a new room. The free morning coffee and small breakfast items and evening cookies and desserts were also nice. The gym was great and offered sports drinks.

“Wonderful hotel for exploring Boston.”
Location was wonderful. Rooms were of a great size and huge bathroom. Lunch in the bar was great service and nice food. Staff all impeccably friendly.
