“A hotel with a touch of class”
The Lenox hotel was just stunning. Coffee every morning in the foyer was a lovely touch. It was so central.beside Newbury street. The Boston library was just across the road.what a place to visit.just amazing. The staff each and every one of them always had a smile on their face. Nothing was ever a problem For them. Could not recommend this hotel enough. If you are thinking of booking it don’t hesitate.

Manager, lady who was unprofessional and was willing to unlawfully detain our bags for the mistake hotel made, but then luckily highly professional account manager sorted things out and let us leave without delay and complications.
