Location. Well equipped unit although we didn't actually cook when we were there

Lovely well equipped spacious apartment in a great location. Apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. Despite being a busy building in a lively area, it was very quiet at night. Easy access to subway stations, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Very pleasant and helpful staff available in the office on site and with clear and useful information in the Sonder app. This was our second stay with Sonder and will definitely stay with them again..

“Better than a hotel room for a longer stay.”

I loved the location so close to the T, and having a supermarket across the road and a wine shop next door was a bonus. Plenty of restaurants close by too. The room itself and the facilities were fantastic. I was there 8 nights and it was so much better than a hotel room for a long stay. I made great use of the washer and dryer and also loved having a dishwasher.

“Top stay”

The room was extremely modern and great space for 5 days. Super clean and had amenities provided. Having a washing machine is brilliant and they provide pods when needed. There is a target and supermarket around the corner and plenty of food options. We liked that the area was clean and felt extremely safe. Sofa was super comfy.

Beautiful apartment and great facilities (the kitchen was incredible!). The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The views were stunning and the TV was brilliant too (a smart TV so you could link up your own streaming services and it even auto logs your details out at the end of your stay which is a great feature too!). The staff we spoke to were all super friendly and helpful and really made our stay in Boston that extra bit special. Extra shout out to Kelly who was very helpful in organising a hotel transfer back to the airport for us at the end of the stay!

Great place to stay. Really smooth check in. Dione was really helpful on the app chat when I was struggling with ID verification. Took us just over an hour to walk up to the ferries on the waterfront.

The cooking facilities (kitchen) bed, shower. Appliances are modern. Close shops near by making it easier to grab food.

“Stylist apartments near Fenway”

We’ve stayed in Boston several times before, usually downtown near Boston Common. This time, for the first time, we chose a Sonder in the Fenway neighborhood—and it turned out to be a great choice. The location was excellent: a safe area with plenty of restaurants, a food hall just across the street, and supermarkets only steps away. The apartment itself was stylish and comfortable, with a modern design, a full-size kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer—very convenient for a week-long stay. The reception on the ground floor was always accessible, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The Sonder desk on the 11th floor, however, is only open from 10 AM to 6 PM

The location is excellent: easy access to the metro/subway which gave us access to the whole city and surrounds; easy access to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, the baseball park and other places of interest. The rooms were a very good size and the view from our window was good

“Great apartment with great facilities”

Easy to find the hotel, the location was good & close to public transport. We arrived after midnight & to our relief the front desk was manned 24 hours & that person gave you your room key. You do receive an email advising you your room 24 hours before arrival. This was a fully equipped apartment, had everything. Very modern kitchen you could cook a banquet in this kitchen. Had full sized fridge, , dishwasher, washing machine, dryer & a nice dinning & lounge area. There was lots of space, place was spotles. Bedroom was large, great bed & pillows, lots of storage for clothes. Bathroom was very modern spotless, apleasure to use. Felt like a home, not a hotel, you could comfortably stay here for a long period of time. Great value for money. I would definatley stay here again when next in Boston.

“The overal stay was good except the elevator issue in the mornings.”

The elevator was out of service in the morning and we had to carry the suitcases from 12 floors to the lobby to catch the taxi and head for train station. We hope the elevator maintanence can be done well.
