“Super 2 week home from home that fitted our needs perfectly.”
It was so spacious and well appointed. We felt very safe. Location was excellent for us, close to family and new grandchild. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Great kitchen fit out . All appliances were really good. The weather was variable (really cold at times) but the temperature in the Condo was always great. Loads of hot water too. Beds very comfortable.

“Absolutely ideal”
This is a gorgeous, comfortable apartment in a great location. We felt very much at home and appreciated the high quality furnishings and the cleanliness, Loads of rooms, lots of space, car parking outside, we had no complaints. We had everything we needed and can't recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Boston. Thanks to the hosts

“An exceptionally well-equipped apt in a lovely neighborhood,we couldn’t have asked for a better stay”
Before our arrival, I was informed that due to circumstances beyond my control, our 7-night one-bedroom booking couldn’t be fulfilled. The host offered an upgraded three-bedroom apartment from the next day and refunded the missed night afterwards. Communication was excellent throughout. The upgraded apartment exceeded our expectations – spacious, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything from a dishwasher and washer/dryer to an air fryer. It was perfectly comfortable for our family. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and charming, with great Italian coffee just two minutes away and quality restaurants and shops nearby in Roslindale Village. We truly appreciated the upgrade and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights in October 2025 in apt #1. The house is devided to a few apartments. Good size apartment, location is pretty good if you have a car. Free parking. 3 bedrooms. Laundry machine in the basement, TV, internet. Clean and convenient. We didn't use the kitchen and coffee machine but it all looked fine. It was quiet for two nights but Sunday early morning wasn't quiet at all.

This accommodation is in a fantastic location, close to shops restaurants and train station but also very quiet. It is also incredibly good value. You do need to travel to the centre of Boston but it was really nice being in a local commuter residence.

“Boston 4 night family stay”
The apartment (we were flat 3, for 4 people) is lovely. Coffee machine & washing machine are excellent. Big fridges, oven, stove all really useful. The location is perfect. Roslindale Village is a 5 minute walk and has a good market shop and other amenities. The local parks & Jamaica plain nearby are lovely areas. We are very happy we chose this place 😀

Overall, the apartment is very nice and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a park nearby that’s great for walks and runs. If you have a car, there’s free parking right by the house. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center by car. The house is clean and has everything you need. The host responds quickly to messages and is very helpful. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the internet is fast. Overall, everything was great. The only thing to note is that if there are people staying upstairs, you might hear their footsteps. If you go to bed early, this could be an issue. The furniture is a bit dated, but that’s part of the charm of the house — it has a very American style.
