Our check-in was a nightmare! The dude was so rude that we asked to talk with his manager. And was only the beginning. It was impossible to take a shower because the water was cold in both rooms. We were on the 19th floor and were supposed to have a nice view, but the windows were so dirty that you couldn't see outside. In one room, the sink faucet was loose and dripping. A couple of the outlets didn't work. A horrible experience. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Excellent room on 20th floor 2010 and 2012 which were connecting for 4 female friends travellling together which was lovely

First and foremost, the outstanding kindness of the staff! They were all trying to anticipate our needs, and when we had a question, any of them would try his best to answer, and make us happy! that's the most outstanding experience I had in an hotel. On top of this, the rooms are very nice, comfy, and the 'ambiance', in the rooftop is crazy! Plus the jazz concerts in the bar at the lobby....that's really giving us the feeling we're at home!
