“Great location to be based for a visit to Boston”
A great location in Seaport with lots of restaurants close by and all the facilities around the new harbour. Central Boston and all the attractions were within walking distance and the area was very safe to walk around. Very close to the airport so an easy transfer there and back.

Over priced, staff on strike, banging on Home Depot buckets, yelling for hrs. Never been to Boston and needed help getting taxi or Uber to take us to ports. Had to ask few different employees before one would help us.

“My Stay at the Renaissance Seaport in Boston was exceptional”
The location is perfect for taking in many of the activities offered in the Seaport area within an easy walk. The room, halls, elevators and lobby were very clean and welcoming. The staff in the Club Lounge and in the hotel in general were exceptional.

“I stayed two nights Sunday night was $280 and Monday was $514. Not worth the $514 at all.”
The location and the views were excellent. The room location was good. The valet service was very good.

“Comfortable stay and friendly staff.”
It’s in a good location and the room we were in was sufficiently big. The wardrobe could be bigger though. The front desk staff and cleaners were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

“Money well spent”
All went well. Special Thanks to the Manager ( can't her Name - Asian-Manager - Taiwanese Origin - if I am not wrong ) - she was very efficient, pleasant and resourceful.
