Very beautiful, modern and upscale but cozy rooms with very comfortable beds. Lots of room for your belongings and a huge stand up shower that felt like a spa.

The location was great, it’s hard to find a relatively cheap place in downtown Boston. This motel was walking distance to most things

Forced to spend $15 credit per person in the hotel on their snacks or towards a meal (all items of which were above $13 without tax). If you didn't spend the $15, you would be charged regardless, and this wasn't mentioned anywhere other than the Ts&Cs in a pdf I found online.
