Large room with kitchen facilities, large bed and sitting/ dining area. Good standard of cleanliness. Because of the kitchen diner we ate in room several times with food bought from deli supermarkets . You can order in as well ( Uber ,etc ) Pleasant staff , in particular one man, probably a manager, who chatted to me on a couple of occasions while we were there. On the bus route for the City centre and South St transport hub ( bus stop on adjacent block ) About a 25 min walk to the City centre otherwise. Laundry rooms on a couple of floors ,so did some washing before heading home .$ 3.00 wash ( brought some liquid with us ) $3.00 dryer . 2 x 45 min cycle so did while eating in at teatime

I especially booked this hotel so that we could use the pool and it was closed throughout our stay. I also requested a late checkout as were we’re flying to the UK and this was denied.

The location to the cruise terminal was the main purpose for our couple of nights stay & to look out the window & sea the cruise ship was fantastic & a 5 minute flat walk there. The reception staff are incredible & a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was good with a great choice. Our room was huge with a kitchen area (we only used the fridge & glasses), a sofa, comfortable bed, dressing area & bathroom. Everywhere was spotlessly clean & quiet. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Large, comfy room. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions around Seaport. Walking distance to cruise terminal. Natalie very helpful at reception. Carl was great looking after our luggage for a cpl of days. Old Town Trolley pickup spot closeby.

Lovely view from room of the harbour. Great helpful staff. Indoor pool and self laundry.

Our Suite was very spacious and well appointed.

Spacious room with cooking facilities and I loved the fact that we had proper glasses to drink out of, steel cutlery and ceramic plates! The amount of plastic waste at breakfast was crazy. Also loved having a bath - too many hotels are getting rid of baths in favour of showers, but that honestly doesn’t save much in the way of water unless you have a very short shower.

Location was good.

Boston is a nice city, very walkable and feels generally safe. There are several buses going around the hotel to the attractions, and that was very convenient.
