The location of the hotel. The most important POI are nearby / in walk distance. E.g. 5 minutes away from Boston Common and the bus loading for the marathon away. The room was small, but very clean. Good breakfast buffet.

The location was good to get around the city but the room was very basic for the price charged. No breakfast was provided not even a continental which after arriving from uk late at night on the following morning would have been much appreciated.
