“Value for money”

Good value for money. I was worried before I arrived about privacy and safety but one I arrived I was happy to see an electronic door knob with a key code entry - this made me feel much safer. The room size (room A) was big and comfortable with a private bathroom, TV, microwave and sofa. It’s a short walk to a bus stop, where you can get the 15 to Ruggles subway. It’s then either a metro ride into the city or a walk (easy to Fenway, university and fine arts museum).

The apartment was newly decorated absolutely  clean and fitted out to a high standard. The kitchen' s one you dream about.  Unfortunately they neglect to tell you that the kitchen is shared as is the lounge and in two cases the toilet facilities . The walls are thin everything can be heard between the rooms including the toilet. Perhaps the worst feature of the apartments is that to reach them requires climbing up two flights of narrow steep stairs each with about 25 steps and a right angle with narrow triangular steps. Would I return, not at any price, would I recommend, only to a body builder that tightrope walks.

It is like Airbnb model room in the apartment. It took me time to get along the location and surrounding areas, and it was fine. Hosts were amazing and were very kind and accommodative.

The flat was good for a shared appartment , fortunately we were alone. If there had other people it would have been stressful.

The room is very nice and the host is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of room and easy access to the kitchen above. The washer and dryer are of good quality, and it was easy to wash. The bus goes direct from Nubian square to the center of Boston.

The house was fantastic, we stayed on the third level, with our own bedroom with en-suite (plus walk in wardrobe). The lounge and kitchen dining area was shared with three rooms in total.This worked very well, as we found the other two rooms were occupied by professional people with different schedules to us. Our experience was that we had it to ourselves when we wanted to use the area. The property was decorated to a very high standard with exceptional levels of convenience (clean good quality kitchen crockery and cutlery, sauce pans etc,fridge freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, laundry). High standards of security provided confidence. The host was extremely attentive and helpful, offering ideas of places to visit, best routes to take, as well as being onsite when we arrived and assisting with settling in (security and expectations ).

Price was good.
