I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent and satisfying, but what stood out the most was the behavior of the hotel staff. They were extremely polite, professional, and kind, and they made me feel comfortable and at ease. I sincerely thank them for their efforts and hospitality, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I don't remember all the names, nevertheless, the reception lady, Tuba, and the staff, Turgut bey were kind and great. They gave us excellent advice on where to eat and shop.

Rooms were very clean , location was perfect at the middle of the city with a few minutes walk from city Center , the breakfast was very good & complete , the staff were friendly and very helpful, totally everything was very good and satisfying as a 4star hotel , I strongly recommend this hotel👍👍👍

Breakfast is top noch (when compared to europe but still instant nescafe though). Breakfast place is on the top floor with a view of Van castle afar. Hotel is at the new Van central area so plenty of options for restaurants and shops. I like the attentiveness of the staff. Taxi to van castle (the entrance is at the back) is 300TL. Taxi to the archaeology museum, which is near the shut van castle front gate is 200TL. These are 2025 June price. Lifts might be busy during peak breakfast and/or checkout time, so prepare to walk if in rush.
