“Lofotr review”

Wasn't to busy close to the museum and a good halfway stop point as it's cheaper than most big towns

Comfortable and warm bedding, accommodation had all facilities we needed and the staff was very pleasant and friendly! Good location, near Spar supermarket and next to Viking museum. Looks like a school dormitory.

30km from main road, but I didn't expected will see a family hotel with romantic story and a great outside and interior. Hope will come back here one day again.

Beds were terrible

Kitchen was big and well equipped. Market was at under 1 km away. Viking Museo was also very close. It was quiet at night. Parking lot was next to the building.

Relatively cheap. Shop and Viking Museum nearby. The kitchen has a lot of pots, plates, eating utensils. Plenty of space to park the car.

Everything was great. We had very good contact with the staff member. The place is very basic but it's convenient.

“Youth hostel”

Actually this is youth hostel located in school. If you accept that, you will be ok 🙂. Kitchen is well equipped, there is plenty of space for having a meal. Rooms have thick curtains so you can sleep during polar day. You get room for your group exclusively.

Hot water in the shower. Clean bed linen and towels.

- Super cheap - When we were there it was very empty so we always had space in the kitchen. This could be a problem if it's fully booked - Host has good communication

André was very nice and helpful. He recommended us some hiking routes and places to eat. The place was nice and we were alone there.

We had the entire property for ourselves. Generally well furnished.

Convenient position and cheaper compared to the rest of area. Shared bathrooms were ok, but WCs and taps were small sized, for kids basically.

The best value for money in the Lofoten Islands! This is a former school dormitory converted into a hotel. We had a wonderful stay; the room was spacious and comfortable, and the host warmly welcomed us with great flexibility and recommendations for exploring the area.
