The hotel is located in a charming town. Clean with pleasant service. The breakfast is varied. If you are allergic to cats, keep in mind that there are sweet cats at the hotel.

Room is comfortable. it has a parking lot in front of the hotel but always full, so you better be quick. A park near the hotel is really nice. Breakfast is good. And finally family are happy.

Nice and helpful hosts. Good breakfast. It’s not very modern hotel, but there was everything we needed. Good location - nice small village, not crowded and not very far to the places on the Lago di Como. The price of accomodation was much lower than the prices in the cities directly at Lago di Como.

Wonderful spacious room. Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel and a wonderful and comfortable bath room for my handicapped wife. We had a wonderful four-nights-stay in this really nice hotel.

We had a great stay at Carmello’s place. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. He was very communicative when we asked questions and his daughter was very welcoming when we arrived. We enjoyed the aperitif & snacks they provided as well as all the delicious goodies for breakfast. Great location!

The staff were very friendly, including the lady who owns the place who was only too happy to help! It was a lovely experience of a small town in Italy. The room was comfortable and as pictured. The breakfast was nice and the hotel is located a short distance to other restaurants which the locals eat at and make for an authentic Italian experience.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The cleaning staff were excellent and the concierge was very efficient at organising a taxi to Lecco. Rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom.
