A very big and nice apartment, in an old building, which made it very comfortable in regard to the room temperature, even without air conditioning. Very good contact with the owner. Easy check-in.

My wife and myself explored Como area in the middle of June of this year. Because of the particular shape of the lake Como we needed an accommodation in such a place from where it was easy to reach all the parts of the lake. This apartment was in the best location to our needs. It is located in a village and the area is really quiet – there are no tourists there ;-) !!! The apartment fully corresponds to its description on the website. After the payment the owners sent a video with the instructions on opening the house, about the entry codes and so on. They provided a welcoming Italian food pack, coffee and tea on arrival. The apartment is spacious and clean. There is no air conditioning but it is very fresh inside – it is a typical Italian place that is designed to withstand Italian heat. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items for cooking. Well, there was no kettle and we had to boil water for tea in a pan. This is not terminal yet we just did not want to waste gas for boiling water unnecessarily. ...but, there is a separate tap with drinking water in addition to that standard water tap to wash plates and crockery . There is a balcony where it is possible to sunbathe and to dry the washed clothes. The bathroom is spacious, shower pressure is fine. There is a free parking space in front of the house and you can see your car from the window some 5 – 6 metres away. The WiFi signal in the apartment and on the balcony is strong. The owners are absolutely helpful and accommodating. Rosella kindly offered fresh eggs from her chickens who live in the far end of the spacious yard. The eggs’ taste is incredible indeed. We will definitely stay in the apartment again when we come to explore Como in October with its magic autumnal scenery (according to those images on the internet, that is ;-) )

Extremely clean apartment. Big plus is that they offer a lot of supplies for free. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend that place.

“Excellent and clean apartment with modern amenities”

This is an excellent apartment if you are traveling by car and looking for a comfortable stay. Apartment has its own free, private and spacious parking spot in front of the entrance. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Lecco and 30 minutes to Como, provided that the traffic is low. The check-in process is very convenient (self check-in with clear instructions) and the host was available for any questions by phone or WhatsApp. Apartment construction is old and is on first floor, but is renovated with modern functionality and tasteful decorations. Living space, bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. Amenities were very good (TV, dining table with chairs, couch, windows with blinds and shutters, working kitchen with kitchenware, stoves, fridge, coffee machine, some essentials like milk and coffee, wardrobe, mirror, large bed and blankets, charging sockets on both sides of the bed, fast Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, washing machine, sewing set, walk-in shower with warm water). It also has a big terrace with table, chairs and umbrella. Bed and mattress were very comfortable. Our host also gave good recommendations on local restaurants, farm where you can buy fresh milk, bakery, etc.
