“Simply Perfect!”

Tanja’s hotel became an unexpected refuge for us during a very difficult time, when my partner suddenly fell seriously ill. I truly could not have found a better place—or a more compassionate host. Tanja has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness, and her support never wavered. She went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect—driving us to and from the hospital in the middle of the night, taking us to clinics for further treatment, and offering invaluable advice on nearby pharmacies and food shops. She even brought me meals when I couldn’t leave and kindly helped with our laundry, as we were traveling in a van. Her care, generosity, and empathy made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable, and I cannot thank her enough. Beyond her exceptional hospitality, the hotel itself is outstanding. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The beds are extremely comfortable with soft, high-quality bedding and towels, and the bathrooms are spotless. Our room also offered beautiful views over the park, which brought a sense of calm during a challenging time. The new air-conditioning and heating systems were especially appreciated while my partner was recovering. The location is also ideal, within easy walking distance of cafés, supermarkets, bars, a playground, a gym, and the river. Under different circumstances, this would have been the perfect place for a relaxing holiday—and I would absolutely return for that reason alone. This stay meant so much more than just accommodation. Tanja’s kindness and care made all the difference, and we will always be deeply grateful.

I can only recommend the room, the staff, the location, perfect parking in the yard, even with a motorbike in safety.

Fantastic place - everything was perfect and actually exceeded my expectations! The room was super clean, comfortable and functional. The whole building was recently nicely renovated, so everything feels fresh. Location is very central, but also quiet and facing the riverfront. The private parking was in the courtyard just by the entrance to the hotel. Very nice pub is located next door (which also serves as a hotel reception). We had an amazing breakfast there - fresh and delicious! Last but not least: the hosts were super nice and welcoming - true Bosnian hospitality! I can't recommend this place enough and I can't wait to go back.

Hosts are very nice and kind. Property is next to the park and we had the breakfast outside, with the view of the park and the river bank. The whole hotel looks brand new and it was very quiet. Rooms and bathrooms are spotless.

Tanya the manager was the best. Everything she did for us was overwhelming and exceptional. Tanya and my wife connected as if they were old friends or sisters. Our room overlooked the city park and we were right in the heart of the city. Its a place we will definitely be staying whenever we visit family in Gradiska.

Exceptionally clean rooms, amazing hosts and great location. What else could you wish for? Also great coffee bar downstairs. Basically everything was great.
