Great friendly and very helpful staff. Good sized room more like an apartment than a room with a lounge and kitchenette. You couldn’t use the stove unless paid more but still fridge, table etc if you wanted to have a salad or fruit. Nice choice at breakfast. It is 15 minutes walk from the old city of Bosa and castle, which I didn’t mind but maybe not ideal if you are not very fit.

“INSATISFACTÒRIA”

My experience at Hotel Isona Rossa was not satisfactory for two main reasons: Issue with the booking plan When I made my reservation, I specifically selected the “bed and breakfast” option. Later, when I modified the dates of my stay, the booking was automatically changed to “room only.” Despite this change, the price I paid corresponded to the bed and breakfast rate. Both Hotel Isona Rossa and Booking.com can easily verify this, as they know the rates offered for each option. Poor maintenance of the room Room 302, where we stayed, is generally comfortable, but the maintenance was inadequate. Every time we flushed the toilet, water leaked from underneath the fixture. We reported this issue several times to the reception desk, but it was never resolved during our stay. We hope this feedback will encourage the hotel to address these problems so that future guests can enjoy a better experience.

Very centralized from where we can easily visit many other location, with a maximum distance of 200km between each, which is not bad if you plan to spend a day out.

Pool was nice and had a bar as well. The location is good, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Room was spacious and had a fridge. Staff was friendly.

It was close to Bosa, but you need a car. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and everything was working .. fridge and air condition
