Airport Shuttle was great and very convenient. I would definitely recommend - we arrived at the airport without any hassels and they were able to accommodate my time frame very well. Loved it

“Close to airport and good shuttle service .. comfortable for the price”
No breakfast..covid lockdown... had to pick up food from the restaurant which was delicious ...staff was fantastic

They messed up my transportation to the airport even after paying for it and then I had to take an uber. Luckily the Uber arrived in time for my flight

I could smell smoke coming from Either outside or inside from other rooms, the carpets were stained. There was no number to call the front desk and I had to ask For it from a restaurant. My hair dryer didn’t work and once I found out the phone number I called 3 times and no one answered. I went to bed with wet hair. Other than that my stay was okay.

“Comfortable and convenient.”
The lady at check in was SUPER organized. Answered all my questions. Helped me with my airport shuttle. Printed out stuff for me. She was absolute gold. There was a lovely indoor pool where I could swim some laps.

Location was easy to find by taxi. Girl at front desk spoke English well. Head porter that helped me with bags was very helpful, worked late, and knocked on my door at precisely the next morning which was very early. Needless to say I gave him a very good tip. Also the restaurant onsite was excellent with reasonable prices. The shuttle driver to the airport was right on time and got me there quickly. I gave him a nice tip for saving me on cab fare.

“For The Price, This is a Great Place to Stay!”
Friendly staff. Warm greeting (most of the greetings I received in Ukraine were cold). Nice room. Restaurant had very good food, even if it was a little greasy. Room was mostly quiet.
