The place was immaculately clean, the location was literally a few steps from the beach surrounded by olive trees, so peaceful. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you to all of you and we look forward to visiting again. We would highly recommend.

We had a truly lovely stay at this beautiful villa in Albania. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hospitality of the hosts went above and beyond anything we expected. The entire property is clearly cared for with love – especially the gardens, which looked absolutely magical under the evening lights. It’s a very child-friendly place and perfectly located within walking distance of the beach. They even offer complimentary loungers at their beach bar, which was a fantastic bonus. The food there was incredibly fresh and delicious – we enjoyed vibrant salads with ripe local vegetables and fruit, tasty souvlaki pitas (which we’d happily return for!), and the house wine was a real treat. The hosts at both the villa and the beach bar were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay special. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Close to stunning beaches and excellent value for money!

“Perfect location next to the beach, very clean and quiet accommodation.”

The location was perfect, just 3 minutes walking from the beach. We appreciated the quiet and well working air conditioning in the rooms, big fridge, comfortable beds. The accommodation was located in the quiet part of the Borsh beach area. There was a nice small garden around the apartment house with flowers and trees which made us feel like staying at home. The host and the cleaning lady were very kind people, We enjoyed as well the owners beach bar and free sun beds and umbrellas. The beach was wide in this part of Borsh and calmer compared to the other beaches in this location. The WiFi connection at the bar was ok. The accommodation was really clean and the cleaning service was provided every 3 days, which was above our expectations.

Nice studio with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony, where it was nice to sit. Everything looked new and very clean. Air conditioning conveniently placed, blowing just right. Quiet and peaceful place with a view of the mountains. Not far from the beach, where there were free sunbeds for the guests. Ideal for families with children. Very nice owners, they kept asking if everything was okay and tried to meet our needs.

The owners were kind, also allow our kids use their toys on the beach. You have umbrellas and beds on the beach. We like also mountains view.

We truly found a second home here. From the moment we arrived, Izaura and her beautiful family made us feel so welcome. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchenette. Izaura even helped us with laundry, free of charge, which was such a thoughtful gesture. What made our stay extra special was her wonderful son Noel, who spent time entertaining our 2-year-old and made his experience absolutely unforgettable. Seeing our little one so happy and cared for meant the world to us. We’re so grateful for the kindness, warmth, and comfort we experienced—and without a doubt, we’ll be back next year!

Nice views, peaceful location, close to the beach, balcony. Friendly host. The area is beautiful, not too many people on beginning of June. We like free beach sun-beds and bar

everything was great, accept the 3rd bed in a room, i needed to remove the matrace from it and sleep on the floor, but otherwise i would stay here again.
