Right in front of the sea but it is only the view that you get.

The position on the little beach. It is about 1 km from the central part of Borsh beach, where you can find beach clubs. We enjoyed sleeping with the sound of the waves. The apartment is really essential.

A Perfect Place to Relax by the Sea! We stayed at SEA LA VIE ANESTI and loved every second of it! The sea is literally 10 steps away — you can walk there barefoot in under a minute. The whole place has this warm, welcoming vibe — you can feel it's a true family-run business. The hosts are amazing: kind parents and their two absolutely lovely daughters. It felt more like visiting good friends than staying in a hotel. There’s a cozy bar on site where you can grab a drink or enjoy a delicious meal. The food is top-notch, with a solid selection of dishes, including traditional Albanian cuisine — everything fresh and homemade. Great presentation, fair prices — we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spotless, brand new, modern, and super cozy. Air conditioning works perfectly, Wi-Fi is stable, and we slept like babies (after a couple shots of raki 😄). In short — it was pure joy. This is the kind of place you want to come back to. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, sea at your doorstep, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere. Great hidden gem, right by the sea. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is the place. We will certainly be coming back.

Vendndodhja perballe detit, me mengjese dhe mbremjet e mrekullueshme. Pastertia e mjedisit dhe apartamentit, mjedisi natyral me lule bar perime bio. Gatimet e fresketa te bera sipas porosise ne cast ishin fantastike. Miqesia dhe mikpritja e ofruar mbreselenese.

Quiet and a little remote location of Borsh. Cozy, family atmosphere. There is also small family restaurant with good food.

Accommodation is small but sufficient. Hosts very nice and hospitable. Right next to the accommodation they have a small restaurant. Right in front of the house there is a beach where you are almost alone. Sunbed and umbrella from the accommodation for free. Beautiful beach and sea, quiet. Another restaurant right nearby. Amazing location

The location is great, there is no lot of people. Shop is only 2 minutes walking. And to reach the beach you need only to cross a road (road is without cars). In my opinion the price really reflect the status of accommodation level.
