It was amazing! Gorgeous family run place, the staff looked after us so well - they gave us a cooling homemade lemonade when we arrived and made us a packed lunch when we left. Cabins are extremely modern inside, brand new excellent bathroom, comfy beds and aircon. Very green space, they use a lot of home grown produce in the restaurant. Super attentive and friendly staff. We ate at their restaurant in the evening, the food was delicious, very fresh and excellent value. Very close to the beach. One of the nicest places we've stayed.

They made us feel genuinely welcome and always looked after us with warmth and attention. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious — homemade, fresh, and prepared with great care. Their hospitality truly created a memorable and heartwarming experience.

This Family Guest House is located 2 min walk from long beach, perfectly clean see water. It is great place to rest , swim and walk in a quiet environment, away from owercrowded beatches. It offers very tasty meals all day round so no need to look for someting arround, even when season is off. I strongly recommed this place with big green garden for families with kids to play around.

I highly recommend staying at Guest House Luiza. The staff are wonderful—exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. We originally planned to stay just one night, but after seeing the place we immediately decided to extend our visit. It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The property also has its own restaurant serving delicious food made with fresh ingredients grown right in their garden—definitely worth trying!

Although the road to Borsh beach is a bit bumpy, the location of the Guest House is perfect and staff is really nice. They make delicious food and the communal garden is super pleasant. Owners always play great music and it feels really good. Place is comfortable, well-decorated and so close to the beach and restaurants!

Amazing guesthouse run by a hardworking family! Delicious food, clean and comfortable rooms, and a lovely yard, a great bonus if you’re traveling with small children. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

“Fantastic Holiday in Borsh”

I stayed at Luisa Guest House with my daughter for one week in July 2025. We liked and enjoyed everything during our stay there. the location is just perfect a short walk from the beach. You just have to walk down where the shops and restaurants are , cross the main road and you are on the beach. The place is family run with the two ladies working in the kitchen and Klejdi serving the guests and dealing with any questions or queries they might have. The location is just perfect beautiful, apartments surrounded by lemon trees and a water stream coming from the mountain. Apartments were quiet, cleaned, well maintained and with AC. The food was very good although I must confess we didn't eat there everyday as we were exploring the area after returning from the beach. For the occasions when we dined there it was delicious and freshly made. Service was fantastic. If you want to try local dishes you need to order in advance so they can have enough time to prepare it for you. There is also a car park with plenty of space in the middle of the trees. What makes this place exceptional is that you can always approach Klejdi and he will always try his best to offer a solution to any situation. Overall we had the best time at Luisa Guesthouse and I'll definitely return.

But what truly sets Guest House Luiza apart is the hospitality. The owners are some of the kindest people we’ve ever met — generous, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making your stay unforgettable. It felt less like a hotel visit and more like staying with old friends. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and heartwarming place to stay — whether you’re traveling with family, as a couple, or even solo — I couldn’t recommend Guest House Luiza more. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and can’t wait to return.

Everything was extra. The hosts are exceptional in every way. Always ready for any kind of help. Friendly, warm and very accommodating. The food in the facility is very tasty at very reasonable prices. For example, lunch with local specialties (lamb in yogurt) around €7. The menu has a wide selection of food, and it is possible to prepare dishes according to your own order. The beach is beautiful with rounded pebbles and the sea is clean. The only complaint is that the promenade along the beach is partially landscaped, so there is too much dust. It will probably be fixed in the future.

The staff is too sweet. They are very service oriented and helped us out with the bus. Food very good and authentic. The place has a great ambience.

I rarely leave reviews of places I book because I can’t be bothered, but if you truly want to spend your hard earned money on somewhere clean and comfortable where the host truly cares about the quality of your stay look no further then Guest House Luiza. For me it’s truly the golden standard that anyone is looking for when finding a place in borsh and I reccomend it to anyone who is looking for a place in Borsh.

Amazing guest house and I will definately comeback next time i will be in Borsh. The people are very nice and helpful. If you like cats bring them catfood, they have a family there with 3 little kittens not older than 4 weeks :)
