First of all, the location and view are amazing. If you’re looking for a quiet but pleasant stay with things to do on the side, then this is the perfect fit.

Superb location, on the top of the mountain, giving a breathtaking view over the valley. The residence is newly built with a high quality of materials. It offers nice outside space, with grilling options. Rooms are comfortable and with a luxury taste. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. The right place where to relax and enjoy nature.

The location, the views, and the building with all its facilities were amazing. And the host was really good and helpful to us. They constantly offered to take us up and down through their 4x4 cars while we left our car down at their private parking. Also the cable car station to go up the mountain is really close to their private parking. I highly reccomend staying at this residence!

Everything is perfect .If you want a relaxing stay on top of the mountain this is the place to go .luxurious and clean rooms /apartments ,residence all around is nicely done i even enjoyed having a drink around the little pound . Really nice gesture from the host Edi to give us a4x4 jeep to go up and down the mountain whenever we pleased so don t worry about the road ..they have a private car park down where you can leave your car. they also gave us from the house traditional palinca and visinata witch is nice ,the ciubar and sauna is at no extra cost as many other places .I really recommend this place Ps: If they will build a pool in the future i don t think you will find a better place then this anywhere in the area .

The constant availability and care of the staff is exceptional, regarding both the transportation on the last part of the road and general service questions. The area was very quiet and the rooms very carefully and elegantly set up, all being welcoming and considered with attention to details.

“Perfect location for escaping from te city noise.”

The location is great, I travel often to Borsa, first time stayed in this location and already one of my favourite. Very clean property, you have everything you need, and the spa amenities (ciubar & sauna) is included in the price and can be used whenever you want, which is a good value. Everywhere else is paid extra. A good plus is that they offers a 4x4 vehicle, for your own use, because of the road and the fact that the location is at 1000 m altitude. I was sorry for leaving but I can wait to retun in the winter. The wifi is really good also for working. 10+ for everything!

Clean and modern with great facilities (sauna, jacuzzi), ideal after a day out in nature. The rooms are new and decorated in a minimalist, yet pleasant style. Very professionally done!

Very nice locaion, very nice staff. Offers possibility for grill, sauna and jacuzzi of your own. We stayed in a not so cowded period so we had all the facilities for our own, and it was exceptional.

Amazing view - the images cannot capture the awesomeness of the location, the views are absolutely stunning; High comfort accommodation - everything is thought out to its finest details so you lack nothing while staying there; Food - there are multiple options for every preference, u can cook in ur equipped kitchenette, use the common kitchen or order take out from nearby restaurants; Transport - sometimes the road up to the location is damaged by weather and can be difficult to access with a small car, but they offer 4x4 cars so u can easily get to and from your car, thus also offering a driving experience; Spa at your fingertips - there are multiple saunas and traditional tubs (ciubar) available for every guest to enjoy and relax;

“Panoramic Rezidence”

The view is breathtaking, the apartment is spacious, clean and modern with all of the amenities needed. The host was really helpful, responsive and friendly and couldn’t have done more to make our stay any better. It is close to Borsa, ski lifts, and you can order delicious food to the apartment from a local restaurant. Such a romantic setting, we loved it and will definitely be coming back next year!

Location was perfect, the window view romantic. 20minutes walk from the cabin of the ski resort. Few minutes further you can take a chairlift to the slope from which you can access the Horses waterfal. Bufet was opened. We were there with our 3.5months old and felt really comfortable in Panoramic. Caretaker was very helpful. Apartment was equipped with everything needed. There were also restaurants delivering directly to our apartment.

“The perfect place for some peace and quiet”

Firstly, the location is great, right close to the cable car and the ski slope. The beautiful scenery, the facilities it offers, and the experience, make Panoramic Residence the perfect place for a complete and well-deserved retreat. Besides the beautiful, spacious, and cozy rooms (each one has a bathroom), they offer a spa area with a hot sauna, a tub, as well as a jacuzzi (while we were there, we did not use it). The chalet apartments are very welcoming and clean. They have a really modern aesthetic, with white and brown furniture, and a blue bed frame, with white sheets, as well as smart TVs. As I was saying, you have a completely equipped kitchen where you can bring your food and you can cook, or you can simply have the possibility to order from a place nearby and they will deliver it. We opted to get our food to be delivered to us, but we really liked it, plus it came rather quickly. So absolutely recommending ordering, for a fully relaxing experience. They have a coffee machine, a new fridge, and other kitchen appliances. Other activities you can do nearby are ATV and off-road riding, which can be provided by the host. They offer a guided tour as well and this is a great way to find out more about the area. The prices for the ride might differ depending on the number of persons and the complexity of the tour you would like to have. And you can go for a hike as well!
