Right in the middle of the nature. Great amenities. We did a 45 mins slow hike from this villa that brought us to the UNESCO site at Mons Klint. There is bus 678 that brings us to the villa and the Mons Klint if you don’t want to walk.

Beautiful surroundings, overlooking the lake. Modern, interesting building blend well with nature.

+ the location is something out of a dream, in the middle of a small paradise, with a almost private lake and plenty of trekking destinations + the apartment was great, big living room with a very well equipped open kitchen, cosy room and a bathroom. We had the apartment 1 on the ground floor that we recommend if you have children as they can go out and play as they please. + great terrace where we took our breakfast every day + As said, the lake is almost private as almost nobody comes here so you can swim (every day 😄) or take the boat for a spin + If you need other sources of entertainment the campsite is just next door: a pizza place, a shop, mini golf, petanque, ping pong, playground, etc +/- the breakfast was good but maybe as this price range they could find an alternative using the restaurant in the building ( you receive in the fridge everything you need for a correct breakfast so you can make it yourself) Hint: ask for room nr 1, especially if you have kids as they can play outside

Love the location - We enjoyed our walks around the area and the night sky at the property. It's also good that there are restaurants and store nearby to get necessities. Breakfast was good.

Great place to relax and enjoy the holiday

Our stay at Villa Huno was an absolute dream for nature lovers! The view from our room was magnificent, as well as the nature surrounded the property. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything we need. It is also located within a short drive to Mons Klint, with many trailheads nearby. We wish we could have stayed longer to be able to explore more of the area's natural beauty.

The property is situated in a nature reserve area; and each apartment has lake view. The surrounding was beautiful. we had everything we needed. There is a nice restaurant (not part of the hotel) that just opened up, though the menu is simple, food was very tasty, we had two meals there.

The location is all you need you to reload, the area is very pure. You can see little hares jumping in the high grass when siping a coffee on your balcony while enjoying the lake view or see deers crossing the fields when taking a shower. The views and dark skies are breathtaking. The rooms are designed with an very good eye for details and care. The rooms are is fully equipped and really thought trough to have an comfortable stay. The cliffs are definitely worth to visit. We were here for some stargazing and loved every second.

“A wonderful oasis”

We got the ground floor room which opened to the pond in the back, and it was a dream. Quiet, absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by nature sounds. Perfect place to spend a night to relax before our wedding. The room includes coffee and teas, as well as a decent hair dryer, which is always nice. The little deck on the pool was just the perfect spot to sit and relax.

This is our second visit to Villa Huno and it did not disappoint. The apartment is comfortable, well decorated and the location is exceptional. This place has become very special and represents all the beauty that Denmark has to offer!
