The property is located right opposite to the Zoo and the Museum, with easy access to the Ferris Wheel and the lake side.

“Terrible experience, stay away”
Great location, but next to the busy road full of crazy drivers. Kitchen staff was trying to accommodate their menu as it was not tasty.

The location is amazing a few meters from the lake. The restaurant inside is very handy and the food is very good. The room was spacious and very well equipped.

Location was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also helped us find a taxi for our day tour to the national park and the next day to the train station. They also have a sauna which was great.

Very comfy room at a very affordable price. Room was very warm which was nice after coming in from the snow. The bathroom in the room was very clean.

5000 tenge penalty for losing card opening the room. We have lost 2 cards. Most hotels does not even require cards to be returned. In this case we had to pay additional 10 000 tenge which is almost half of a daily room rate.
