“Very poor quality hotel in a popular destination.”
Apart from the locaion everything about this hotel was bad. Hot water supply was poor. Breakfast was basic. Room was never cleaned during my stay. Room was smaller than expected. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Actually this is the second time I visited this location. First is somewhere in 2021. This is a calm and having a really nice environment. Also this is the most closest location if someone interested to visit the Borobudur temple. And can enjoy the environment in an any condition.

“We enjoyed staying in Cempaka Villa as a starting point for our day trips”
Personal was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Everything was kept well clean. This location is on walking distance to the Borobudur. Walking to Candi Mendut takes about 1hr. We enjoyed it. We made excursions to the Prabanan temple and Merapi Volcano as a day trip.

“Quiet and lovely facade and restful after Temple day out”
Lovely facade threw out property. Close to temple entrance, but not too close, so that’s a bonus as was quiet and nice after day ended.
