“Clean, bright, pleasant host, close both to the countryside and the city”
Nice clean apartment and very pleasant host. She offered to block a parking spot on the street, but I ended up just unloading my bags and park a few streets down, since the weather was good. This is an old converted farmhouse and the setting is surprisingly rural considering one is on the outskirts of some of the larges conglomerations of people in Germany.

“Apartment Idyle is a wonderful property in a very quiet spot”
We went to a birthday party in Bornheim Sechtem and having a location where we could walk to the party was fantastic. Family Knopp is a super host, super nice, and very pleasant to stay with. We were only there for a single night but hadn't had such a quiet sleep in a long time. The biggest surprise was the coffee and coffee maker in the room to get us off to a grand start. Actually, a full kitchen is there in the room.

“Great place to stay. Highly recommended”
We loved it. We loved Diana, Basko, the pool, the decorum... You can look around for hours and find something cool somewhere. The grounds are amazing and the pool area is now more private than it looks in the pics.

The hosts were remarkably friendly and accommodating! The apartment is located a short and easy drive from Cologne and Phantasialand, and the hosts gave me plenty of tips to get to and from both places. They have a nice garden that I would have spent more time in had I had the time. They also have the sweetest dog!

“Nice quiet place with a beautiful garden”
It was a nice quiet place with a big garden with good decoration. We didn't use the pool because it was a bit cold, but it looked good. The hosts were helpful and helped us organizing our visit at Phantasialand. We also liked the friendly dog !

“Best place ever”
Everything is perfect, the pictures do not justify this accomodation. This house is spectacular and I will be going back every month. I tried places all over Germany and this was by far the best!
