It’s a classic hotel in the heart of the dolomites, the location is just on the outside of Bormio but with a fantastic view of the valley… the Spa is worth taking a full day to enjoy, absolutely fantastic!!!

Our stay at QC Terme Bagni Nuovi was truly perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere is pure relaxation — elegant, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. The spa facilities are outstanding, with so many beautiful thermal pools, saunas, and relaxation areas that it feels like a dream escape. The staff were incredibly kind and professional, always attentive without being intrusive. Our room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed, with every detail thought through for comfort and luxury. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway or simply to recharge, this hotel is pure perfection. We left completely relaxed and can’t wait to come back!

I booked three bedrooms: two doubles and one single. The single one didn’t have a bidet that , in a five stars luxury hotel in Italy, it is utterly unacceptable!

The only thing good about this hotel is the natural spa

The first evening me and my partner went to eat in the restaurant in the ballroom. It seemed like all of the food was pre-cooked. I took a steak and discovered the day after I got food poisoning. I ordered it medium rare and the taste was abnormal and the meat was simple hard to chew. I had very high fever and the staff was not willing to help us get a paracetamol. Our vacation was ruined...

The hotel is beautiful in every sense. The natural views surrounding the property are breathtaking, the spa and facilities are amazing, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
