A wonderful hotel with great spa and health facilities. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast was a real treat with exceptional choices and options.

“Gorgeous Hotel & Amazing Staff”
Loved this place, amazing hotel with amazing staff The hotel is super modern and beautifully finished. But honestly, what really made the stay special were the people working there. The lovely Marielisa on reception was an absolute star. I arrived tired and worn out, and she immediately made me feel welcome and looked after. She even upgraded my room and arranged a welcome drink — such a thoughtful touch. Luca, who runs the bar, was just as fantastic. He’s a genuinely kind guy and took great care of me throughout my stay. We ended up chatting for a good half hour, and his warm, friendly manner made me feel right at home. I enjoyed it so much that I recommended the hotel to my sister and her family, who stayed the following week while touring the area — they loved it too. Amazing hotel, great location, and the kindest staff. I’d happily stay again.

Michelin star like food. Amazing service, hospitality. Free private shuttle bus takes you to the slopes. Spa area is the best after a long ski day.

The breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to the ski lifts and within easy reach of the town center, making it perfect for both skiing and exploring Bormio.
